Posy Scarf Free Knitting Pattern

The Posy Scarf is a long, airy lace wrap finished with tiny picot points along every edge. Yarn overs and paired decreases open the lace into a soft scattering of small flowers. Picots run along the cast-on, the bind-off, and both side edges, so the whole scarf is framed rather than left plain. That edging takes a bit of extra attention, yet it is exactly what lifts the finished piece above an ordinary lace scarf. Work runs flat from one short end to the other, following a 32-row repeat given as both a chart and written rows. The finished Posy Scarf is generous enough to loop twice or drape loosely. Jessica rates it intermediate, so some lace practice helps before you cast on. Jessica rates it intermediate, so some lace practice helps before you cast on.
